shipping policy
Due to the handmade and tedious nature of our work the processing times are as stated below:
7-14 business days Traditional and ready made waist beads
7-21 business days (made to order waist beads)
Up to 28 business days (custom order)
Please note the products can and usually will be processed much faster than the time periods stated above, and during sales and holidays it may take just a little longer (3-5 business days).Business days exclude the weekends and holidays.
return & exchange policy
No returns or exchanges in general.
If items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped we will happily exchange it. Please email info.everybodyisbeautiful@gmail.com in this case. There will be no shipping fee to ship it back.
We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to the incorrect or incomplete address from the customer. A claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG SIZED ORDERS. You are asked to measure your waist prior to check out on the custom waist beads, if you input a size too small or too large, we are not liable and do not allow returns due to the intimacy of the product.
If your package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address there will be a reshipping fee to ship it again.
